Method
- Heat water
- When water is hot, rinse the filter
- Place Hario brewer and filter on the scale and tare (zero) the scale
- Grind the coffee
- Pour grounds into the filter
- Wet the grounds with approximately 60 grams of water
- Wait 30 to 60 seconds for the coffee to “bloom” (degas)
- Pour the rest of the water (approximately 370 g) over the grounds in two roughly equal pours
- Enjoy!
