Medio

Our medium roast, Médio, preserves the origin characteristics of the Mundo Novo bean and you will experience more fruity notes than with darker coffees. There is no oil on these beans because they are not roasted long enough for the oils to break through to the surface. The smoothness of Médio makes it the perfect coffee to drink without cream or sugar. These beans are dropped just after first crack.
