Ponto

Our darkest roast is named for Higino, who tells his village roaster to roast his beans “to the point,” which he describes as the perfect balance between a medium-dark and very dark roast. The beans are oily and have less acidity, but some bitterness. Ponto is an excellent choice when making espresso and how Higino enjoys his coffee each morning. These beans are roasted to just past second crack.
