With caramel and chocolate undertones, this is our signature roast. It has a rich, dark color with some oil on the surface and a slightly bittersweet aftertaste. Compared to our darkest roast, Ponto, these beans were roasted longer at a lower heat to caramelize the beans. They come out of the roaster just after second crack.
